Today I went to Shangcun Ranch on the second floor of Taipei Main Station (Breeze Taipei Station Breeze) to eat Wagyu beef. Uemura Ranch is a very popular all-you-can-eat yakiniku restaurant in Japan. Its first branch in Taiwan is in Taipei. Let’s take a look at what’s delicious.
A photo of the seats inside the Shangcun Ranch. The seats are quite spacious, and they are considerate enough to provide seats for one person.
Please pay attention to the dining price list at Upper Village Ranch! The meal time will vary depending on the price. This time I chose the E set meal for 1,699 yuan, which allows me to eat for 100 minutes. The boss has really calculated it carefully.
Uemura Ranch specializes in Satsuma beef, which comes from Kagoshima, the southernmost tip of Kyushu with a warm climate. However, not all Kagoshima Wagyu beef can be called Satsuma beef. Only those bred by a very small number of designated award-winning breeders and meet the following strict standards can be selected as "Satsuma beef".
- 100% pure Kagoshima Kuroge and breed raised in Minami Kyushu under strict regulations
- Be rated A4 or above by the Japan Meat Grading Association (JMGA)
- BMS frost degree reaches level 5 or above
- Breed by strictly designated few award-winning breeders, at least 28 months old
- Carefully select nulliparous cows
- Feed patented TMR feed for at least 660 days
- No use of fattening hormones or hormones
In the first round, I ordered several different types of Wagyu beef and beef short ribs. Different types of Wagyu beef have different textures. Some Wagyu beef tastes very soft and tender, while others have a strong texture. The rich man likes soft and tender Wagyu beef. It's really delicious. It's really different from ordinary beef (so vulgar). The elders will probably like it.
The small pieces of oily flowers in the lower right corner of the picture below are evenly distributed and the color is deep red. This is the specially selected frosty wagyu beef that the rich man thinks is the most delicious this time!
Garlic stir-fried wagyu with wild vegetables and Suki pork belly wagyu are also good, but the texture of each wagyu dish is actually a little different, which is amazing.
After eating the wagyu beef, the other dishes I ordered seemed quite ordinary and my appetite was whetted (laughs). I have to say that the side dishes are quite delicious. The rich man recommends ordering salted kelp, cucumbers, onions, and meat-wrapped lettuce to help relieve fatigue.
All the meals came to the table by express train. This time, the rich man arrived before 11 o'clock to dine (which can be discounted to 300 yuan). There were not many people during the meal, so the food was served quite quickly. I wonder if it can be so fast when there are many people.
Various types of wagyu beef, thick-cut beef tongue, and rolls.

The best tender shoulder beef with truffles. The tender shoulder beef tastes a bit raw and has a lot of tendons. It is recommended to skip this dish. Tamagoyaki doesn't seem to taste too special, just average.
At the end of the day, I ordered soup and dessert. The rich man thought the spicy beef soup was quite delicious. For dessert, I ordered matcha pudding and milk puffs (ice cream?) which were quite ordinary and I could go all out for the meat (laughs).
Some menus to share.
Sugar-free tea drinks can relieve fatigue.
rich man experience
The wagyu beef from Japan is really delicious. The 100 minutes of meal time passed in a blink of an eye. I haven't tried many dishes such as sushi, ramen, and eel rice. I can only try it next time.
