The wealthy family had no special plans during the Chinese New Year because hotels during the long holiday were too expensive. So they suddenly decided to check the hotel booking website to see if there were any cheap hotels. Unexpectedly, they found the Fu Tai Emerald Bay Resort Hotel next to the Emerald Bay Beach in Wanli District, New Taipei City. Let's take a look at the facilities.
Forte Emerald Bay Resort Hotel Prices
through Klook I booked it through the website. This time I booked a family room for four with sea view. It included a buffet breakfast and the price during the Chinese New Year was only NT$4,500, which is really a very affordable price. Huh~ hooray.
Unboxing the Forte Emerald Bay Resort
The exterior of the Forte Emerald Bay Resort. Only floors 1, 2, 14 – 18 and the basement level belong to the Forte Emerald Bay Resort. The other floors are ordinary residences. The entrances and exits are separate. You can see the hotel entrance when you walk along Seaview Road. It is a very special plan. The hotel does not have an underground parking lot. Friends who drive here can park directly on the roadside near the entrance.

The first thing he saw was the spacious lobby on the first floor of the hotel. It was a somewhat old design, but the rich man felt that it was well maintained, clean and bright, and the staff were friendly and well-trained.

There are some Spring Festival decorations at the entrance on the other side of the first floor.

Hotel Facilities
The main hotel facilities are located on the basement floor, where there are billiards, table tennis, a small gym, karaoke, switches for rent, a children's playroom, etc. The facilities are very rich and the space is very large.

The children's playroom has plenty of space and new facilities. This is where the little rich guy spends the most time. He came here early in the morning and saw that there was no one here, so he raced his car and pretended to get into a car accident (laughs).

There is also a crazy ball pool with a really large space and interactive games to play. It is great that the children can use up a lot of their energy without realizing it.

The karaoke space can accommodate quite a few people. It was booked by the XX Hometown Association from the central part of the country on that day. It is really well maintained and the facilities are comparable to those of Qiangui.

Maybe because it was the Chinese New Year, there were night market-themed games such as ring toss, dice throwing, and wine bottle hanging on the day of check-in. It can be seen that the hotel is really attentive.
Hot Spring
There is a paid hot spring bath on the 18th floor of the hotel, but the rich man did not try it this time.
Seaview Family Room Unboxing
This time they stayed in a family room on the 17th floor. The rich man thought the door was weird (laughs).

The spacious sea view family room has two double beds, a small sofa and a small dining table.

The double bed is very comfortable to sleep on, with the right amount of firmness and softness. Fu Tai Emerald Bay Resort Hotel is located next to the Emerald Bay Beach. The humid winter weather and the sea breeze make it feel like it has been recently renovated. I think the room is well maintained and give it a thumbs up.

The rooms are equipped with hotel amenities as well as tea bags, coffee and biscuits. There are also water dispensers and ice machines on each floor for water and ice.

There are spare pillows in the closet for use.

The bathroom is kept clean and tidy, and the water volume and temperature of the shower head are very good. In response to environmental protection, Fu Tai Emerald Bay Resort Hotel no longer provides disposable toiletries. Remember to prepare your own toothpaste and toothbrush. However, if you are unfortunate enough to forget to bring them like the rich man, you can buy them at the counter on the first floor.

From the window of the room, you can see the beautiful Emerald Bay. Today the weather is cloudy with a little drizzle, so we will go for a walk on the beach later.

Breakfast at Forte Emerald Bay Resort
The breakfast location is on the 2nd floor. It is a self-service buffet that combines Chinese and Western styles. The dishes are rich, but I personally feel that the taste is quite ordinary, mediocre and nothing amazing.

The rich man’s breakfast is chocolate corn flakes. The little rich man said it is a good thing and he wants to eat it every day.

After breakfast, we went to the Emerald Bay Beach for a walk. The winter wind was cold at the beach, but it couldn't stop us from building sand castles and playing for a long time. The beach didn't seem to be maintained by anyone, so if you plan to go to the beach, remember to bring a pair of slippers and be careful not to get pricked by sharp objects. The sea water is very cold in winter. There is a cleaning area outside the Futai Emerald Bay Resort Hotel where you can wash off the sand on your body and feet.

rich man experience
Although the hardware of the Fu Tai Emerald Bay Resort Hotel is a bit old, the rich man feels that the facilities in the guest rooms are well maintained and do not look completely old. The hotel staff are very professional and friendly, and the service is also very good, which is a big plus. When checking out, the rich man was given a frequent customer voucher, which can be used to book a room at a super discounted price next time. It's really great. Summer is coming soon, and hotels near the sea will probably become very popular. I hope the prices won’t go up by then. I sincerely recommend this place.
There are no shops around the Forte Emerald Bay Resort Hotel. The nearest 7-11 is 750 meters away. If you are hungry, there are vending machines on the first floor where you can buy drinks and instant noodles. The prices of the vending machines are very affordable.
