Free viewing of Boeing 787 aircraft at the Boeing Museum in Nagoya, Japan

Date of visit: 2022/12/17

Introduction to Boeing Museum

The Boeing Museum was jointly built by Boeing and Chubu Centrair International Airport. The museum was grandly opened on July 28, 2018. It is the first museum opened by Boeing in Asia. It is a small air theme park.

The Boeing Museum is located inChubu Centrair International Airport, NagoyaNear Terminal 2, visiting the aircraft and most facilities is free! On the way to Terminal 2, you will definitely pass by this Boeing 787. You can take the elevator to the first floor and visit it. I highly recommend everyone to visit it before leaving Nagoya. It will be complete. It is about 5 minutes away from the second terminal. It is recommended that you can check your luggage and then visit more easily. There are also many restaurants on the second and third floors (more than after entering customs) to choose from. You can have a good meal here before boarding the plane.

Did you notice? The lines on the ground are a reduced version of one-third of the real runway.

When I went there on 12/17, there was a Christmas decoration. You can take pictures with Santa Claus. In particular, you can take the stairs to visit the captain's cockpit. Due to space constraints, the cockpit can only accommodate 5-6 people at a time, and you need to queue up a little . It's hard work for Santa Claus to fly the plane besides delivering gifts.

There is a very detailed dashboard introduction in the cabin.

In addition to displaying a Boeing 787, there are also some detailed introductions of the internal and external equipment of the aircraft. It is worth the price of the ticket to see the aircraft up close.

children's play area

What's even better is that there is a free climbing area for children to burn off their energy, and they can also play push bicycles on the track. After all the physical exertion, I got on the plane just in time to sleep (laughs), I was really attentive.

The paid giant net ride is about 6 meters above the ground. Children (under 12 years old) can enjoy flying and bouncing next to the plane. It is full of excitement and reminds the rich man of his visit to Hoshino Resorts in Hokkaido many years ago.

Next to the huge net, there is also an infant area suitable for little ones, including facilities such as slides and a mini air traffic control tower, where you can play the role of an airport aviation police officer.

besides! You can make an appointment to experience the LUXURY FLIGHT flight simulator. This rich man has no experience. There are instructors who will support you, so even beginners can try it with confidence. Friends who are interested can make an appointment in advance.

Of course, there is a Boeing store outside the Boeing Museum. The store is very rich. There are airplane models, biscuits, toys, and some joint clothes, hats, etc. People who like aviation items must come to visit. correct,4th floor of Terminal 1There is also an airplane shop, Centrair Official Shop SORA MONO, near the food street, which I recommend to airplane fans.
