The steps are referred to the official website of the Taiwan Branch of the Philippine Department of Tourism, and the fee is 1,200 Taiwan dollars.

Step 1 – Make an appointment online

Select Visa (visa / obtain documents), fill in the information and select the processing time, and you will receive a confirmation email after the appointment is successful.

Step 2 – Individual Tourist Visa Application Form

You can download it from the official website. The Manila Economic and Cultural Office also has a small table on site for writing, but it is recommended to write it first and it will be faster. For the filling method, please refer to the example provided by the office.

Step 3 – Attach Documents

1. Passport (original + photocopy)
2. Identity document (photocopy)

If there is a companion under the age of 15, a Chinese account booklet is required

3. Chinese household register (original + photocopy)

Print the ID cards of the rich man and the rich man’s wife on the same A4 and then cut (X) -> Each A4 paper can only have the information of one ID card, and then there is no need to cut (O)

In the example provided by the office, the ID card cannot be cut, just take the whole A4 sheet.
