This time I signed up for the Klook Mount Fuji one-day tour, which is considered a trip for lazy people who want to take beautiful photos of Mount Fuji, but it is not suitable for those who want to explore Mount Fuji in depth.
The meeting point is the Marunouchi South Exit of Tokyo Station. The rich man shared that there are usually several boarding points for one-day tours, but it is best to get on the bus at the first point to avoid bad seats and sitting at the end of the tour bus. Friends in the row should pay attention. This is why the rich man decided to stay in a hotel near Tokyo Station the night before.Tokyo Station Karakusa Hotel, so that we can arrive in time to meet at eight o'clock in the morning. By the way, the second boarding location is near Shinjuku Station. About 90% of passengers board the bus at Tokyo Station, and those who get on later can only choose the remaining ones.

In fact, the one-day trip to Mount Fuji is quite compact. I spent a lot of time on the bus and mainly stopped at four scenic spots. The stay at each scenic spot was not long. I stayed at Oishi Park for about 30 minutes, Oshino Hakkai for about 50 minutes, and Arikura. It takes about 70 minutes to go to Yamasengen Park + Honmachi Street shopping district.
It took about 2 and a half hours after departing from Tokyo Station to arrive at the Tanaiizaka rest stop. I went to the restroom and bought a coffee before continuing on the road. There were also many small shops to browse at the rest stop, but I didn’t have time.
Fuji Oishi Park, if the weather is good, you can see the very beautiful Mount Fuji. Unfortunately, the weather has been bad these past few days in Tokyo. As long as it rains, it will be difficult to see the full view of Mount Fuji.
Next to the park are the Lake Kawaguchi Natural Life Museum and an agricultural product store. The Lake Kawaguchi Natural Life Museum sells a variety of souvenirs and specialty products. There are many cultural and creative products inspired by Mount Fuji, which are very ingenious and fun. There are also many biscuits, cakes, dried fruits and other souvenirs made from grapes. I don’t seem to have seen this in Tokyo. Friends who like grapes should take advantage of it.
The most popular one is probably the ice cream sold in the OISHI PARK CAFE inside, which costs 500 yen each. The weather was really hot, and the rich man saw many friends who wanted to take pictures with Mount Fuji with their ice cream, and their ice cream melted. Oh, it's too terrible to look at.
The agricultural product store sells many fresh local fruits and vegetables. There are many Kyoho grapes and muscat grapes that you can try and buy.
After leaving Oishi Park, the tour guide will take everyone to the lunch location – Kawafuji Restaurant. Lunch is not included in the itinerary, so you can also bring your own lunch and have a picnic near Lake Kawaguchi. Just wait until the time is up and then meet with everyone, whether you are an adult or not. Or each child needs to order a meal, otherwise there won't even be a seat to sit, which is quite inhumane. The meals at Kawafuji Restaurant are very ordinary, and I think they are not as good as Matsuya (laughs). The price is 1,500 yen, and the meal time is 30 minutes. It may be a bit rushed for those with children or seniors.
After lunch, we went to the famous Lawson convenience store. The tour included a free bottle of drink. While the tour guide was buying drinks, everyone gathered around the Lawson convenience store. Unfortunately, Mount Fuji was still obscured by clouds.
The next stop is Oshino Hakkai. It is one of the top 100 famous waters in Japan. It comes from the melted snow water of Mount Fuji. Everyone squeezes together to get water. You can wash your face here and you will be very energetic all year round. Oshino Hakkai has a total of There are eight springs to watch. This time I saw three, four, and five. There are also some alleys similar to old streets where you can walk, eat some local snacks, and buy some small farmers’ products. The rich man originally thought he would dine here. . Unfortunately not.
Oshino Hakkai's fifth sacred place, the pond, is very clear, and there are many plump carp swimming freely in the water.
The oversized freshly grilled heart-shaped senbei was a bit expensive, so the rich man bought some dried fruits and Mount Fuji-themed souvenirs for his colleagues.
Then we came to Arakurayama Sengen Park. The tour bus stopped next to Shimoyoshida Station and let everyone get off. It took about 10 minutes to walk from the station to the entrance of Churei Pagoda. Friends who want to see Mount Fuji with Churei Pagoda have to climb up again. The 398-step staircase is quite shaky. Friends traveling with elderly people should consider their physical strength. There are some small shops near the trailhead where you can rest.
Huh~ I finally climbed up, covered in sweat, but the scenery is really beautiful. There is also a rest area on the side where you can sit and rest and look at Mount Fuji. Unfortunately, you can’t stay too long. Friends who want to go to the Nikawa Timepiece Store should reserve time. Go down the mountain in advance, because Yoshida Honmachi Shopping Street is in the other direction of Shimoyoshida Station, about an 8-minute walk from the station. So I actually spent a lot of time traveling to this scenic spot.
We arrived at Fujiyoshida Honmachi Shopping Street, a retro street full of Showa feel. I really should spend more time walking around here. Today is Friday, but many shops along the road are not open. I don’t know why. Arrival.com Beautiful photo location! There are traffic police nearby directing tourists not to affect traffic. I still only see a bunch of clouds in the distance, so let’s pretend it’s Mount Fuji (laughs). Get ready to go back to Tokyo Station!
Back to Tokyo Station, ready to eatTsukishima Monjiyakihello.

Although I chose a Chinese tour guide, this time it seemed like we were in a group. The tour guide spoke some English and some Chinese, but the introductions were not very good.One-day trip to the suburbs of Seoul, South Korea,One-day tour to Huage Ancient Capital in Hanoi, VietnamVery different. Although the itinerary only costs more than NT$1,700, it is cheap but the quality of travel is not good. Rich people do not recommend Gogoday Travel.
Some of the Mount Fuji-limited decorations I discovered during my one-day trip to Mount Fuji reminded me of the unique splicing floor tiles I saw on Shikendo in Nagoya. The small details that the Japanese insist on are really admirable and worth learning from.
