What you must do when you come to Hanoi, Vietnam, is to experience the street food that the locals eat every day. It has been a long time since I sat on the sidewalk and ate delicious food.
Vietnamese noodles
this tripFamily travel in Hanoi, VietnamIt can be said that I eat pho every day (laughs). On the first night, I chose to dine at Pho Khoi Hoi, a pho restaurant near the hotel.
The store provides indoor seating, so everyone can sit on the sidewalk to dine and experience the Hanoi style.
After the clerk helped us order on a tablet, the delicious pho was served in about 5 minutes. This time I ordered two bowls of beef pho with different parts and fried noodles. The clerk very thoughtfully asked if I would like to add green orion, which is ok. The special flavor is very good. The rich man thought this Pho restaurant was quite delicious. The price of a bowl of Pho depends on the ingredients, which is around 40,000 to 70,000 VND. Even the rich man liked the beef Pho and probably ate half of the bowl. The yellow strips are fried flour, which has no taste. You can eat it with the rice noodles soup. Overall, the taste is quite good, but the dining environment is a bit bad (laughs).
The store’s special seasoning, the rich man added some raw chili peppers, it’s very spicy but makes it even more delicious (laughs).
The complete pho menu is quite particular if you look closely, with different cuts and doneness levels to choose from.

The aroma of kebabs sold on the street fills the entire street. This kebab shop only opens at five o'clock in the evening. While the boss was still lighting the fire, people started queuing up next to it. It is very popular. The red signboard says "Pho". It probably sells Pho during the day and sells kebabs at night.
This small barbecue website actually has a kitchen in the back. The lady boss will always deliver barbecue skewers from the kitchen inside. The business is really good. The boss also went on to show how to bake French bread with his bare hands (laughs).
Seeing that the rich man looked like a foreigner, the boss took the initiative to hand out an English menu, which was really convenient! Kebabs cost 10,000 VND per skewer, and 2 skewers of grilled meat sandwiched with French bread only cost 25,000. Rich people highly recommend it.
There were seats available on site, but the ground was covered with bamboo sticks and garbage. It was so dangerous that the rich man had to pack it up and go back. Golden Rooster HotelEnjoy it slowly (laughs). The boss wraps the kebabs in tin foil to keep them warm, and adds the secret dipping sauce, which is very delicious.
Another specialty food in Vietnam is French bread. Try ordering French bread with barbecued meat. In addition to the barbecued meat skewers, you also add some cucumbers and a little sour salad dressing. It is very refreshing and delicious. If you are a rich man in Hanoi for 7 days, you should try it. Came 4 times.

Opening hours: Starts at 5pm.
There is also a good BBQ stall at the night market next to Dong Xuan Market. After trying my hand at it, I don’t know why the boss is only willing to sell BBQ skewers and doesn’t want to sell BBQ skewers stuffed with French bread to the rich man. Maybe the making process is too troublesome (laughs).
Vietnamese grilled sausage
Vietnamese hot stone grilled sausage, the black stone grilling pot below is from China, it is very hot, so be careful. The sausage tasted fluffy and not very solid. The rich man thought that Taiwanese grilled sausage was the best.
A Vietnamese sausage costs 15,000 VND, and the boss is offering buy 5 and get 1 free. Grilled sausages can be seen in night markets and on the streets, so it’s not hard to come across them.
fried banana
Fried bananas cost 10,000 VND per piece. The rich man wasn’t too interested and just wanted to take pictures and share them.
fruit
There is a bicycle fruit stall near the night market in the old town. The small bicycle is loaded with all kinds of fruits. One kilogram of strawberries only costs 150,000 VND. The boss cut a strawberry on the spot for the rich man to try. Although it was not washed, it tasted sweet and delicious. , and finally the rich man bought half a kilogram of strawberries for VND75,000, which was quite cheap.
Each strawberry is so big and tastes pretty good. The CP value is high, but some are pink and rough overall. The rich man still thinks strawberries from Taiwan or Japan are more delicious.
